The Trace

a novel (on submission): This existential detective story explores the slipperiness of identity, as my protagonist takes a job assembling the journal fragments of a young woman, missing for six years. As she moves more deeply into the journals, Elena finds herself assuming the persona of the missing girl, even as she tries—for the sake of the girl’s mother—to find her. Literary Agent: Marya Spence, Janklow & Nesbit, New York.
